Data collected by WHO (World Health Organization) in 1999 showed that death was mostly caused by degenerative illness, such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, osteoporosis and hypertension. WHO predicts degenerative illness up to 73% in 2020.

2020 is still fourteen years to go; yet we should ask ourselves, " Do we belong that 73%?" This question reminds us to do self-inntropection wheter we have applied healthy and balanced life style. Unhealthy life style leads to the illness as it does not happend out of a sudden, but it is influenced by our life style.
